Gary’s Bowl of Beef at Glaner Stube. It’s fondued steak with horseradish sauce and garlic bread. It’s an APPETIZER. Thus, I branded it a Wisconsin salad.
Following this I had a weinerschnitzel fried in butter. The next day we returned and had a roesti, which is a hashbrown cake filled with cheese.
It’s like Wisconsin is my true birthplace.
